Automation & Integrations

Let your systems talk to each other instead of you.

What this is

We connect the tools and systems you use, and build workflows that run repetitive tasks automatically. We use APIs and automation platforms to move data between your apps without manual entry, freeing your team's time for the work that matters most.

What's included

  • System connection via API
  • Automated workflows
  • Repetitive task automation
  • Data flow between tools
  • Smart alerts and notifications
  • Process monitoring
Who it's forFor businesses losing hours to repetitive manual tasks, or working with separate tools that don't talk to each other.

Questions

Automation & Integrations — the questions we actually get asked.

What is actually worth automating?

A task that repeats with the same steps, whose rules are fixed, and where a mistake costs time. Copying data from a form into a sheet, an alert when an order arrives, a report assembled by hand every week. What is not worth it: a task that needs human judgement every time — automating that produces wrong decisions faster.

How is the payback calculated?

By times per month multiplied by minutes per time, not by how annoying the task feels. Something that takes two hours once a month is rarely worth it; something that takes five minutes twenty times a day usually is. And the calculation includes maintenance: an automated flow needs attention whenever the systems it connects change.

What is the difference between a ready automation platform and a built integration?

A ready platform is faster and cheaper and covers most flows, and its cost grows with the number of operations. A built integration is worth it at volume, or when the flow needs logic the platform can't express, or when the data must not pass through a third party. We start with the ready option unless one of those three rules it out.

What happens when an automated flow fails?

This is the most important question and the most neglected. A flow that fails silently is worse than not having one, because nobody will notice the data stopped. So every flow is built with an explicit failure alert and a log you can review — you learn it stopped from the alert, not a month later from missing data.

Do our systems have to support integration?

Yes, and that is the real limit. A system with a documented API connects directly; a closed one may need a periodic export or a workaround. We check this before estimating because it decides whether the project is a week or a month.
